- Grab your receipt and visit www.tellsaladandgo.com from your smart phone or PC
- Enter the store number and date of visit as shown at the top of your receipt
- Next enter the time of your visit and the order number
- Finally enter the amount spent from your receipt and answer all of the questions
Once you’ve go through all of the questions you can submit your feedback and complete the Tell Salad and Go survey. By the way, you can find an image of a Salad and Go receipt at www.tellsaladandgo.com. This is a great a thing to review if you’re having trouble finding the order number, amount spent, time of visit, etc.
Finally, please be aware that the Tell Salad and Go survey times out after a certain amount of inactivity. While you have plenty of time to provide feedback, you’ll want to make sure you complete the survey without interruptions as you may have to start over if the session goes inactive.
