If you’ve recently open a pack of Leaf Trading cards and found a redemption card you’ll need to process an online request at www.redeemleaf.com. In order to get started enter the email address you used when signing up for your Leaf account. Next enter your account password and fill out the online form to begin your redemption.
Once you’ve completed you can check your card redemption status at any time. Additionally, the redemption site also offers a bird’s eye view of all Leaf Trading cards you’ve redeemed in the past.

You can create an account by entering your first name, last name, and email address (phone number is optional).
While signing up for an account you can opt to sign up for the Leaf newsletter. This is not a requirement but could come in handy if you’re an avid collector who’d like to receive up to date information about new promotions or editions at Leaf.
In addition to signing up for the newsletter you can also review the Privacy Policy and Terms associated with using the redemption site.
Redeem Your Leaf Trading Card by Mail
In the event you aren’t able to redeem your card at redeemleaf.com you’ll need to proceed with a mail in redemption. In order to do so send the original redemption card to the address listed below. Please note that Leaf requires a name, address, phone number, and email address for all mail in redemptions. For status of your mail in request contact Leaf Trading Cards Customer service.
Important Notice: Do not post your redemption online or share the code with your friends! Doing so will will make you ineligible to redeem your card.
