FedEx has teamed with Workday to provide it’s employees with an easy and secure way to manage daily work functions online. In order to sign in employees are required to enter their login information at www.myworkday.com/fedex.
In addition to gaining account access, FedEx employees can also take advantage of a variety of account management features. For instance, a lost or forgotten password can be recovered using one of the following methods:
My Workday FedEx Employee Account Password Recovery
- IMAGE – Employees can change an account password using the IMAGE method by following the detailed instructions provided by the network.
- Request a Code – In order to receive a code first download the Job Aid and complete registration. Once registered employees can receive a password recovery code via text, phone, or email.
- Service Providers – This feature requires service providers to access My Ground Biz and complete the required reset steps.
Please note that Ground Biz account holders are required to change passwords every 90 days. Additionally, users will be logged out after 18 minutes of inactivity. The system also receives maintenance each Sunday from the hours of 12 a.m. EST and 6 a.m. EST. during these hours the system may be unavailable so please revisit outside maintenance hours if access is restricted.
Unlocking a Purple ID Account at www.myworkday.com/fedex
While many login issues arise from a lost password, some FedEx employees may have problems accessing My Workday due to locked account. In this case users can unlock the account by clicking the Unlock tab at purpleid.okta.com to verify the FedEx employee account. Next, the user must choose between receiving an SMS text message, phone call, or email to unlock the account.
Finally, employees who are unable to recover a password or unlock an account after completing the above steps can reach out to their local IT Desk. When doing so please ask for Purple ID support.
